Plakias is situated in the southern part of Crete in Greece and within a bay. It is located approximately 100km away from both Chania and Heraklion airports.
Overlooking the bay with a panoramic view of the beach, our villas are situated within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential shops.
The area is a paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with its beautiful beaches, scenic hiking trails starting right from your doorstep, water sports, and many other options to choose from.

Your Experience Includes
Greek Escape is composed of Villa Hestia and Villa Calliope which can welcome up to 19 people spread in 8 double bedrooms, 1 single room and 1 shared room.
Each villa has a fully equipped self-catering kitchen and an open lounge area. Villa Hestia primarily serves as a living space, while Villa Calliope is used as a coworking space. Additionally, each villa also has a private terrace and infinity pool.
Coliving
Greek Escape offers a dedicated coworking area in Villa Calliope. It is equipped with two large tables, office chairs, and a 50Mbps Starlink connection. From your desk, you can enjoy a scenic view of the infinity pool and the Libyan Sea.
Additionally, we provide desks in each room for private calls.
Coworking
Our space is intended for freelancers, remote workers or business owners who can work remotely and are looking for a community of like-minded people.
We regularly organize activities. From workshops and business-related talks, to social dinners and movie nights, to diving/hiking day, we aim to create an unforgettable experience with people who share the same lifestyle.
Community
We understand the significance of fostering a thriving community, which is why we have a dedicated team member on-site to facilitate interactions among our guests and organize weekly events.
Their role is to support you in familiarizing yourself with the house and its surroundings. Above all, their goal is to ensure that you have an incredible experience during your stay with us.

We are located in Plakias. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are less than 10 minutes walk from home.

Contrary to common perception, the low season on the island is far from dull. While many tourists go home after the hot summer, Plakias experiences a delightful Indian summer with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 20°C (59°F to 68°F) between November and April. This period is perfect to go hiking and explore nature!
While you're welcome to relax at the villa and admire the sunsets over the pool and bay, we highly recommend exploring Plakias and its surroundings.
