Swiss Escape terms and conditions are applicable to anyone participating in the program.
Program Overview
The referral program is offered by Swiss Escape as part of our commitment to growing the Coliving community. This program gives an opportunity to anyone to refer eligible individuals to join Swiss Escape at a discounted rate. The referral terms and conditions are automatically applied when someone has added the “coupon code” during checkout. These conditions apply to both referrer and the referee. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below.
Referrer Eligibility
To be able to participate, you must meet the following criteria:
Be a brand ambassador. Fully encase the values of Swiss Escape and can communicate the service correctly.
You have either been a former guest at Swiss Escape or you are aware of the Coliving movement.
Use only your personal code to refer others.
The personal code given to each referrer is unique and is not be exploited for purpose of sale. The code can only be used to refer a friend who has never visited Swiss Escape.
Swiss Escape Coupon Codes
Under the Referral Program, Swiss Escape will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code to distribute to eligible individuals. Swiss Escape owns all rights to all Swiss Escape Coupon Codes that are provided to you.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Swiss Escape may limit the number of Coupon Codes that are made available to you.
Swiss Escape may reclaim, deactivate, invalidate or terminate your Coupon Code at any time at its discretion.
Referral Voucher
GENERAL
You are eligible to be awarded with a Swiss Escape Voucher for each person you refer. You must qualify the above “Referrer Eligibility” criteria. The voucher is only awarded after the referred person pays the first invoice.
DISCOUNT FOR REFERRED PERSONS
The people you refer will be subjected to a discount on their invoice. This will depend on their length of stay. The discount is only valid for use through Swiss Escape website and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
VOUCHER CONDITION
Only the person with the “Swiss Escape Coupon Code” can earn a voucher. Swiss Escape has full authority to determine if the referred person qualifies to receive the discount. Any violation of the coupon code will make it void and neither party will receive a voucher or a discount.
PAYMENT
The voucher will be deducted from your first payment, when it becomes due. For a Referrer living at Swiss Escape, the voucher will be deducted from the next payment. For a Referrer not living at Swiss Escape, the voucher can be used whenever the person decides to visit next.
